Thanksgiving is over and the last big holiday of the year is right around the corner. This time of year I almost always lean on the side of cozy, comfy, and chic outfits. You know, the ones that look like you’ve already done all your Christmas shopping in the first week of December. Like the cool mom that just “threw something together” and it always looks so great! Thankfully Lane Bryant has some really cute pieces to complete your plus size Christmas outfit for all the Christmas shenanigans, from shopping to parties.
Let’s start with the pieces in this plus size Christmas outfit courtesy of Lane Bryant! Confession! This Buffalo plaid poncho is the first I’ve ever owned in my life and I love it. First of all gingham and plaids are some of my favorite prints around this time of year and this buffalo plaid is a staple for the holidays. I paired it this black ribbed turtleneck top, which is also another staple that I’m currently obsessed with. Truth be told I wasn’t always a fan of rocking turtlenecks when plus Size, but that was when I cared about sticking to “fashion rules”. Now I can’t get enough turtlenecks.
I broke out the knee high boots, denim, and a wool hat (all oldies) to complete the whole look!
This look isn’t the only thing I’ve got my eye on for the holidays from Lane Bryant! Here are 10 pieces I love that’ll complete your Christmas outfits .
10 Lane Bryant Plus Size Christmas Outfit Faves
If you’re here for the plus size ponchos, Lane Bryant has so many different prints! The black and white plaid one is another fave of mine. Black and white is always a good color combo no matter the season.
I’m so happy to see that Lane Bryant brought back the black sequin skirt I wore as part of a holiday office party outfit last year. It’s very well made and can be styled with so many things well into the new year.
Speaking of holiday office party outfits, this year’s theme at my 9 to 5 is Winter Wonderland (Blue, Silver, and White). The sequin dress and silver pleated wrap dress are strong contenders, but I’m also thinking about going more casual this year. This silver sequin top, jeans, and some white boots could work as well. Decisions, decisions.
As the white Christmas we’re all dreaming of draws nearer, it’s going to get colder too. These chunky cable knit and fair isle sweaters are my picks to stay cozy and chic at the same time.
